  17. This billboard was put up in our city and received a lot of attention from local residents and politicians.  Our city is understaffed and the shootings
  18. have increased since the date it was put up.  Our union chose to take it down after city government agreed to listen to our needs such as equipment, raise, new vehicles, two man cars, etc.  Our city has really become a violent crime area.
